At StickyArt, we pride ourselves on offering a wide variety of high-quality designs. While many of our graphics are created in-house by our team, we also legally purchase and license artwork from reputable third-party stock agencies and creators, such as Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, Envato Elements, and others.

We deeply respect the intellectual property rights of artists and creators. Unfortunately, we are well aware that the digital art space can sometimes be exploited by bad actors. We have experienced this firsthand—finding our own original, copyrighted designs being sold on premium stock websites without our permission. Because of this, we understand that despite our strict purchasing guidelines and commercial licenses, there is a rare possibility that a design we purchased was illegitimately uploaded to a stock platform by a dishonest third party.

We take these matters very seriously. If you are a creator, copyright holder, or trademark owner and believe that any graphic used on our products infringes upon your rights, please reach out to us directly.

How to report an infringement: Please contact us at info@stickyart.eu and include the following:

• A link to or description of the disputed product on our website.

• Valid proof of your original creation, copyright, or trademark ownership.

Upon receiving your notice and verifying the proof, we will immediately remove the infringing content from our store and cease its production. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the creative community fair and safe.
