frequently asked questions (FAQs)

  • Can I save image from internet and upload to your system for decal making?
Answer: Yes, but make sure it has atleast 300dpi (image should be high resolution)
  • Can you make multi-color stickers?
Answer: Yes and No. Cut vinyl decals have no background. Therefore the background varies depending on the surface you install it onto. Cut vinyl decals are die-cut from pre-colored rolls of vinyl what limits the range of available colors. You have a single color to work with, and multiple colors can be layered during the installation. For multicolor design contact us before buying. !!! If your design file is multicolor and you did't know what you are buying - we will cancel an order (refund) without informing you.!!!!
  • What is the difference between a Raster file and a Vector file?
Answer: A vector file is a graphic that is made up of nodes, shapes & paths (not pixels). Vector graphics can be scaled to any size without losing quality, and normally are very small in file size. Vector files are made with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc. A raster file consists of pixels (little squares). Every photo or raster based graphic is made up of pixels and the resolution of images are measured in ppi (pixels per inch) or dpi (printed dots per inch). The higher the ppi or dpi and larger dimensions for your image or design the better it will by cutted.
